Buggy and the Blue Frog by Renee Smith is a story about a little girl who has a colorful imagination. She is brave and precocious and loves adventure. Buggy has no trouble making friends and she is always quick to help others. She learns a valuable lesson while on her adventure with her new friend, Wiley.

“A story that appeals to everyone’s inner child, Buggy and the Blue Frog teaches kindness & acceptance of others, attributes that children readily embrace. The illustrations are eye candy that compliment the heart of this sweet story. My prek-K students want to know if there are more stories about Buggy & her friend, the Blue Frog.” (review by Elaine Baggett)
