Teacher-Parent-Student Workbook for Learning and Teaching Basic Phonics by Melvine Groves

All teachers and parents want their children to enjoy learning and to have successful beginning reading experience. The activities on the pages of this workbook authored by Melvine Groves, will help to develop skills and self-confidence for a successful beginning. This is a workbook to be used as a “giving helper” and as an introduction to basic lessons taught by a teacher-student partnership or by a student-helping-student partnership.

For over 25 years, the author had greatly enjoyed teaching K to 4th grades until 2012, when she retired. Her class sizes were up to 28. According to her, it is, and was, rewarding to have been and to be a part of children learning, and them having successful beginning reading experiences.
